   In a Body Journaling™ workshop, you can learn the basic technique of Body JournalingTM and receive coaching on how to develop a  more harmonious relationship with your body.  You will have opportunities to practice Body Journaling in a safe and supportive atmosphere in the group, as well as on your own.  You will discover how to be more present in your life even when you're stressed and experience a method of self healing.
