professional educator with decades of experience creating fun and
lively learning experiences. She has been a meditator, spiritual
seeker,
and personal growth enthusiast for decades. She has studied
shamanism for several years and is also a Certified Radiance Breath
Worker. Ritama has experienced the benefits of Body JournalingTM first hand and been instrumental in its development.
